First of all, we trust the factories we had been ordered from. With years of experience, we had established good relationships with hundreds of factories and we know who can make quality products. Second, we have QC team check products before we send them out. For bigger orders, our QC will go to the factory in person to check products.

In most of the cases, our prices listed are accurate. But all prices are subject to change without notice, due to factors beyond our control.
Quotes are valid for 2 weeks for most products. Please contact a sales representative for more details.

For most of our products, we ship direct to USA or Canada from our oversea office.

Yes. It will be a domestic Wire Transfer, we also accept ACH payment.

USA Client:
Wire Transfer / ACH / Credit Cards (will have an extra 3.5% process fee)

Canada Client:
Direct Deposit -EFT/ Wire Transfer / E-transfer -Interac/ Credit Cards (will have an extra 3.5% process fee)

We do not accept Cheque in most of cases

We always make sure that we deliver on time. Production time could be various from 3-10 days in general, depending on the QTY, it could be longer.
Shipping time:
For Oversea Products:
By air: It is mostly around 5-12 days
By Sea: It will need about 4 – 6 weeks for USA / Canada delivery.

For Domestic Products:
Production time: 3-5 days after proof is confirmed if quantity is less than 1000
Shipping time: Depending on delivery location and shipping by Ground or Air, we use UPS/ Fedex/ DHL / Purolator etc

For most of our samples under $10, we can offer them free.  But distributors need to pay for the shipping. Contact our sales for Sample/ Shipping costs.

Oversea Shipping

Orders will be shipped in the ‘Best Way’ determined by our overseas office unless specified.
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier company.
For special handling requests (i.e. labels, palletizing) please contact your representative.
Split shipments: Extra freight charges may be involved.
Drop Shipments: Need to be indicated before order is placed.
We also reserve the right to discontinue any product or service or to substitute items of equal or greater value due to availability, without previous notice. Colours may vary slightly from website images. Prices are subject to change without notice.

From Canada
Orders will be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping or specified by clients.
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier company.

If an order is canceled prior to production, there will be a USD50.00 cancellation fee.
If production has begun, you will be billed for all costs incurred plus the USD$50.00 cancellation fee.
Due to the promotional products’ nature, decorated products could not be returned unless defective products are found. Return Authorization Number will be needed from your Sales Rep before shipping back it to us. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
Returns and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email, within 30 days of receipt of goods.
We reserve the right to deny returns based on proof approvals.

All items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a manufacturer stated period from the date of shipment. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product and shall not apply if a product has been damaged, modified, or altered in any way after receipt of shipment.

Yes. But PMS Colour Match will be as close as possible but exact matches cannot be guaranteed as colors may vary with the printing process.
